Lunch Shaming

Elementary school students have no control over their parent’s household wages. They can’t help it if they get a free or reduced-fee lunch, and they can’t help it if their parents haven’t added money into their school accounts. Why should they suffer at the hands of bullies, and even worse, be singled out by lunch ladies or other adults when their accounts aren’t up to date or if their families are poor?
